These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the 11events Seat platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Tickets are subject to the rules of each individual event. Sales are generally final. Refund policies, if any, will be displayed on the event page. 11events facilitates the transaction between you and the organizer.
Do not resell tickets in violation of event restrictions, attempt to manipulate availability, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Event descriptions, images, and materials belong to their respective organizers or rightsholders. The platform design and branding belong to 11events.
11events is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or the quality of experiences provided by organizers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
